For the benefit of the forum, why don't you post your strategic and operational plan for WUC, previously BLR ? Since you are a 2%er, you must of had a plan of action if the vote was no. you are vocal, noisy and clearly opinionated enough to post VOTE NO. So clearly you are smart enough not to yap on like a rabid parrot VOTE NO without a plan. So what is/was your plan? please post for the benefit of the forum.
