I believe it would be covered as that is a commercial arrangement that the JV would negotiate with interested parties.

However I don't know if you would want to base an ablation unit at the White Mesa Mill (or any other mill) as the unit is more effective at the mine site as you can then transport much less ore to the mill resulting in significantly reduced transport costs.
