Alex thought he'd do some fishing whilst in Wyoming. He caught two big fish,a Hong Kong Salmon and a Singapore trout. Apparently, the Singapore trout is a big fish and very rich in flavour. Gunns stood near the Singapore trout as it was being reeled in, to see it's reaction. He was impressed. Mike also went fishing last week and may have caught a North African octupus, rich in flavour with long far reaching tenticles.
