Firstly I do not work for the company, and apart from being a shareholder, I have no connection what so ever with them.
Following are my thoughts on some key items.
HC BERLIN PHARMA
IMO the BP issue was a huge liability on the company, with a significant impact on the company’s resources, potential partnering deals and obviously its share price. It had to be sorted out for the company to move on, and now it has.
I was hoping that they would tell the Germans where to stick their case, however that wouldn’t have released the shackles, and would have made it difficult for the company to move on. What has been negotiated, ie 2.5m over 3 years, IMO is probably close to the next best thing.
CAPITAL RAISING
I believe the minimum, ie $1.85m ($4m – $2.15 fr Notes) will be raised.
You have some major holders who have indicated that they will exercise their rights, you have some shareholders that have sold heads to buy their rights, you would have a % of your ‘mum & dads’ that will take up their offer, and the you have CPS who believe that they will be able to place any shortfall to new clients.
Shareholders have an opportunity to average down by a significant amount, and it’s IMO that the only way we will make a large return is to average down via the rights, to which we will also receive options.
It’s a very real possibility that with one good deal, the SP will go higher than the option strike price. This is a level we were at just a few weeks ago before the BP saga was settled, and would be a 3 bagger+ from current price.
CONVERTIBLE NOTES
Note holders will be investing $2.1m via new scrip. Note holders are probably closer to the company than any of us. So why are they converting?
Apart from having debt on the books, and paying interest, it would make absolutely no difference in just leaving the notes as is and rolling them over when they become due.
COMPANY IP
I would assume that most shareholders invested in the company for the IP it owned, and nothing has really changed in this space. We just need to pull our fingers out and get things moving.
We have four tier 1 phama’s snooping around, with a couple signing up to deals. So there is some interest in our IP by large phama’s.
Pfizer is evaluating next steps, we have a large phama wanting us to progress ArtiMist with WHO, we are in advanced negotiations for 001.
That’s just to name a few things, with a lot more work going on in the background.
And then we have anagrelide in the background that one day could be huge.
PROSPECT
Now that BP is sorted, the company can concentrate 100% on what they should be doing and start moving the company in the right direction.
Myself, the company and every other shareholder is p#ss’d with the SP, however I believe that the company’s potential is huge and there is big money to be made from these levels.
