Depending on what info comes out. I'm now leaning towards voting against all of them too.

So that FOR on 3,4,5
Then AGAINST on 1 and 2

So what happens after the board meeting on the 9th?
Only AF with have a job.
I assume RP resigns before and a new Chairmen is appointed (not elected)?

Then this person picks 2-3 new board members?
Around we go again...I assume this new Independent chairmen would have some tie with PRC as RP is hiring him/her.

If we could somehow get a TRULY Independent chairmen we might be ok. Then this person hires 2-3 NEW totally independent board members.

I just not sure we can get that lucky.
