With regards to R.Procter...
Reviewing older T/O panel decisions... Linq Resources came up and Mr. Procter is a former Director.
Not sure if anything good or bad happened there but interesting that Mr. Procter and T/O panel come up again.
I mention this as it looks as if Mr. Procter would have hired BL.
(trying to connect the dots)
Mr. Procter is also the current Chairman of Millennium Minerals.
Their stock is down 87% is 3 years.
Who hired Mr. Procter?
I think we want members of the board that have knowledge and a track record in increasing shareholder wealth. Not destroying it.
Just confirms my FOR vote to REMOVE Mr. Procter from the board (in case he changes his mind)
