I've did some research on these 2 guys. Until the APAC or ABM release something I suggest you do your own research on these 2 guys.

My main hope is they are independent. If there are connections to APAC then, I at least want them to know what they are doing and show moral fiber. Unlike our current PRC board members.

I just hope the T/O panel give us more details as to what PRC and BL did or didn't do.

These guys won't be running ABM...just on the boards but, need to put the ship in the right direction.

    Brett Smith:
    (Good news/bad news)
He's a manager. There's not direct connection with APAC expect that Dragon and AAPC both had a shareholder in them by COL Capital. I got this info from the T/O Panels website. However, Smith came in shortly after all that happened.

So, is he any good? He actually running a couple gold producing mines and making profits. He seems to have been in charge for this turnaround as Dragon was losing money before he got there. This in my view is important. Need to have people at the top who've shown results in making shareholders money in production.

A lot of the posters say ABM can print money and SELF FUND our-selfs by under ground mining in the O/P area. This is what Dragon does in their mines so...his insight and leadership could be interesting.

    Myles Campion:

Of the 2, I like this guy the more. He's a Geo and money guy.
I guess if we've been put back onto the exploration track...that's what you want on the board.

We need money...on good terms. He's raised funds before. He can pick the phone up and call the people with money and sell the ABM story.

I can't see any of the 3 PRC's on the ABM board doing that.

Does anyone have any more info on these 2?

I'm leaning towards voting for them unless something or someone can present a better option.
