a few points about your post I find puzzling

Bloody hell mate, you are saying, it doesn't matter who is on the board, they wont be running the show? For crying out loud, that's how we got into this mess in the first place.....The board wasn't running the show and gave some individual too much rope. Sorry Billy, but that is not my idea of management. Why would we vote for two APAC guys onto the board onto the board on the basis that "its ok they wont be running the show" WTF?
