Further to my earlier post regarding the top 40 shareholders I have been doing a bit of further investigation into the link between 3 shareholders in the top forty. I previously highlighted the connections between Rick Indrisie (Perth Select Seafoods) and his activities with Sirius and WIN before each of them were bought by our JV partner IGO. Incidently, Mr Indrisie who is a friend of Mark Creasy, sold his stake in Sirius which he bought for $300,000 for $25m. Very astute man and well connected.

But the plot thickens. Three of the top 40 are linked. Jemaya 2.5m shares, Ochre Group 8.84m shares and and Perth Select Seafood (Rick Indrisie) 4.13m shares.

Holders might be interested in the fact that Jemaya Pl which has accumulated 1.5m shares in November and now holds 2.5m shares is owned by John Featherby (Director of Hartleys).
Ochre group is a public company that is 5.72% owned by Rick Indrisie thru Perth Select Seafoods, 2.36% owned by Jemaya Pl and 18.89% owned by Roschelle Ltd which is owned by Nathan Featherby (John Featherby's son). Ochre Group only came onto the registry in August 2016.

So in summary we have some new and very heavy hitters aboard now directly holding or indirectly holding through Ochre Group which the 3 abovementioned have a combined stake of 27%. Collectively they hold 15.5m shares.

Would they have got their heads together and discussed things with their wide range of contacts? You Bet. These guys are not in ABU for peanuts and and are used to winning. They will want multiples on their ABU investments IMO.
