Based on the presentation they did a couple of days ago I believe AVS will head to 65 cents on the current proposed acquisitions. Assuming those acquisitions are done on similar terms as prior ones. They stated the new acquisitions add $1.7m of earnings to the existing $5m of EBIT.
Company has $11m of cash for acquisitions enterprise value of $24m and $5m of EBIT. Given the market size is estimated at $US2b and these guys seem to be the only consolidator I can see further acquisitions and therefore further price appreciation from the 65 cent level.
