MINI Trading Buy:
Fortescue Metals Group (FMGKZA) – Pilbara Expansion
FMG gave back some of their gains from Monday, to settle back at $8.77. The $8 level has a
strong support for the stock and we continue to feel that it could track higher back to $10. We
recommend buying the dips FMGKZA is still the vehicle of choice.
The low $8 level represents the equivalent previous high levels reached 3 times in Jan and
twice in March. This old resistance level may provide some new support this week. Suggest
keeping a tight stop loss if the price falls below $8. Play the FMGKZA Mini Long for a short
term bounce.
