I don't think this issue of options was for the operations staff look up 1 May 2006 Notice of AGM pages 6 & 7 Items 10-12 Issue of Employee Options to A Howland-Rose,D.Deitz, E. Lee and B Sullivan this was qualified by a statement that the proposed issue is based on advise received from AGM's independent remuneration consultant indicating that the issue constitutes reasonable and appropriate remuneration for the directors.
My question is when does a director become an employee ?
This issue does not effect my continuing to accumulate more shares but in the future the company needs to introduce a more transparent director remuneration policy.
