I've just got a few questions, the answers are probably so obvious that they are right in front of my face.

ABN AMRO is a 50% partner in Absolute Capital..is this correct? or is there another fund called Absolute Capital that is unrelated...?

Absolute Capital has recently had administrators appointed. I would have thought this was really, really bad for CUV, but the price hasn't changed much during last week and the Absoute Capital website says that it was only the corporate strcture that was affected and that the equity funds aren't affected.

However, Jonathan Barrett in The Financial Review on 08.02.08 p71 reports "Details of the alleged incorrect use of a performance fee...come days before creditors vote on a proposal to convert Absolute's flagship $180 million structured credit fund into cash, and pay out investors."

I would think that in light of this information that the ABN AMRO report is not information that I will place relevance on in making decisions to purchase CUV stock or not. Please tell me if I'm missing something here.
