ABN Initiates Molopo Australia With A Buy.
Amro Morgans has initiated coverage on Molopo Australia (MPO) with a Buy rating and a price target of $0.08. I think that this is pretty conservative. ABN notes the company has an interest in the Moura area of the Bowen Basin, from which the company generates solid cash flow. Currently the company’s share of production from the region is 0.3Pj, but management has targeted production of 3Pj in the medium-term given the potential to lift production going forward. ABN also suggests further upside could come from the company's prospective ground in the Gloucester Basin near Newcastle. This, IMHO, is a certainty. Why do you think these guys are buying large parcels now. ABN has a valuation on the stock of 8c, with 3c of this reflected in its valuation of the Mungi gas field.

Got to pass 6.5c first. My target is 10-12cents within 4 weeks. OK good luck.
