Probably from when they published it, same as any broker. The more important point is, they back up their opinion with valid arguments and reasoning, something you have never done. Even when you're right, you're wrong, because you never give a reason for your opinions. You just keep saying it until one day it comes true. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
