You appear confused.
Its simple really...whatever loan you had (if any) is subtracted twice from the grossed up value...the amount left is the netted off result
eg portfolio total $1000
Opes loan $100 outstanding
net off result $800
Do not ask me why...it just is done this way
But note i could be wrong on all this so get it checked out with an expert
