Why the WLD's Net operating cash flows is always so negative...

    Why the WLD's Net operating cash flows is always so negative compare to the Loss from continuing operations plus the Depreciation and amortisation expenses? In other wolds, Accrual figure is always better than the cash based figure for all the time. Did I make any calculating mistake here? Or is it accounting fraud here?
