Take a quick look at the balance sheet. 1 July showed trade creditors of $12.023m - reducing to $1.885m at 31 Dec - that's a cash outflow of $10,138m in this half that related to the previous period - or $1.69m per month.
Makes your $2m a month outflow manageable.
