    Who would mind knocking out the other bidders providing the fine was smaller than what u saved on the purchase price.

    I luvvvvvv realestate agents no really !

    Tell me if u think this is legit as I was close to doing it ?
    I was gunna employ a very young local kid [10-12 years old] to be my buyers advocate at a recent auction .
    I was going to give the kid one sheet of paper with instructions on it .

    Dear blah blah , I want u to be the first bidder at the forthcoming auction on x date . U must make the auctioneer challenge your right to be there so as u can read out this statement infront of everyone .

    The statement would read ;
    Dear blah blah , As you acting on my behalf today I'm instructing u to be the opening bidder at x auction . I'm also instructing u to be the last bidder at this auction .
    Please advise the agent and vendor I will be attending at 4pm to deliver the deposit .

    Don't read this section out . If your the last bidder and the price is over 320k then jump on your pushy and ride as fast as u can in any direction and I'll bring u some pocket money tonight .
