Your probably right Kincella and I don't know all the rules or laws .
The fact the agent ignored my calls and didn't pass on my requests to the vendor before the auction just got my back up .
On auction day he asked me if I intended to bid and I just said no I don't bid at auctions when agents don't return my calls etc.
Such a waste of time going to auctions unless u know the reserve [approx]
