I spent time in the Territory. Gifted money is never valued, the waste is significant. The people mostly don’t see the money, there are hangers on everywhere with money being rorted by consultants, unethical business people, and grifters. The lack of respect is a problem and all these grifters continually tell these people how hard done by they are. They have turned them into victims. I did work with a few of their Indigenous corporations and people turning up was the biggest problem. I did my time and learned lessons, and pity the people. They are being used.
