    One you went out of your way to call an "accidental killing", despite the guy purposely chasing down the kid on the motor bike, hitting him, and then leaving him to die.

    The other has no relationship to the first.


    "...The kid in question provoked the attack..."

    Hmm, so many things wrong with that statement, imagine the defence he stole my motor bike, so I chased him with my 4 wheel drive, hit him, and not knowing if he was dead or alive, I left him dying on the side of the road, but it is his fault cause he provoked me.


    I wonder if you would be using the term "accidental killing" if it was your child left to die on the side of the road.


    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you don't accidentally leave someone on the side of the road to die.

    Maybe it was just a poor choice words to use the term "accidental killing".
