I've had aboriginal neighbors many times -- was fine
had more problems with anglo saxon neighbours
one druggie bonehead had mates who broke into my house - he ended up murdering someone so, ended up in jail for about 17 years - lovely chap
one other pommie neighbor had a kid from hell - ended up with a million coppers on my patio one night because the dickhead decided to fire off about half a dozen 22 rounds to just get rid of the bullets

seen plenty of multimillion dollar houses with the neighbours from hell - and, they weren't aboriginals
had a tenant from hell in Melbourne - anglosaxon lawyer --------- POS
it all comes down to the individual. You cannot judge by race, creed, colour
