Nicky Bit more thinking needed. Just for staters they already have arnhem land. As for coastal stuff ......well how about all of the NT coast except in the middle of Darwin is their land. Please study the situation before bringing ideas.What I am telling you is that you cannot get to the salt water in NT unless you cross some of theirs.Out at Mcathur River for instance you can launch your tinnie ......for 80 bucks. Not that I would change any of this ....but have you been near any of these places??????? I think not.
