they're a primitive people, culture that has stood still in time, never progressing beyond the stone age level of advancement.....
to be sure europe asia south America, every continent had primitive man....but most advanced and yearned and dreamed of greater things....some like the aborigines never had that desire or drive to advance....
perhaos it was due to isolation?...never being challanged?...never having the pressure to compete, forced to evolve or perish....but in the end they are just a primitive people with no interest to develop... evolve...happy to stand still in time.
