Yes, but it isn't a line in the sand. It's a point on a wheel. life started on Earth some billions of years ago. It is a continuous process in humans with haploid and diploid stages. Human life in the diploid stage has the potential to develop into a human being and continue the process. What I cannot understand is why the prolifers hold the point of conception as so sacred and worthy of protection, yet regard other human life with equal potential to become human beings as of lesser importance.
I'm more concerned about human beings than human cells.
