just out of interest...why should a public servant be guaranteed a job? no one else is in the real world. Maybe govt is toooo big and inefficient? funny how labor wrap all this up as work choices when ever a job is not needed and the liberals want to cut debt but are not allowed. No wonder most countries are heading towards failure via debt. It will take the black dawn of reality for people to see this is a dream and won't go on. Greece is the start, Japan is heading the same way and endless other countries in Europe. This old attitude of 'no one has the right to sack me' is old and is going to end in major tears for even more people down the track. China is taking the jobs anyway and its only a matter of time before we end up out sourcing govt jobs one day to save the super money. Laugh now, but don't be surprised when it happens. dyor.
