about 25 percent oversold imo

PEM has been smashed with decline in zinc price - seriously oversold IMO - given that most analysts seem in agreement that the "Redkite Effect" has been primary reason for zinc price temporary decline and most are still saying zinc is a winner in 2007.

Big bounce back and probably 25 - 33% gain to be made here in coming month.

This is just my opinion based on my view of the world. It may be understated or it not be correct and overstated. Do your own research - form your own opinion.
