Have only been in IGC for a little over a month and really only got in modestly for the fundamental (metal) backed corporate play .
I stopped out half my holding yesterday pm after going over the pros and cons .
In the end I retained half because of the argument that says: the sooner NKP buys IGC the cheaper because the valuations will only increase with drill results .
But I tempered that in the knowledge that: NKP has an exclusive option to buy IGC within the year ..... but if in a year no takeover has happened why wouldn't a new option agreement just be put in place ?
The metal value is huge and it may be worth IGC not accepting an early takeover anyway . Perhaps it is even worthwhile maintaining the equity and waiting for Xstrata to move in a few years time like they eventually did with IRN when all drills and feasability studies are completed ?
