2. Commencement of Production at Block 330
Commercial production commenced from well PTA-3 late last week after well clean-up and commissioning of the tanks and loading facility (Figure 1). All regulatory and environmental approvals for the extended production test were finalised last week including the TLD licence which was granted by the ANP.

You are right in the sense that it is Commercial production but they call it at the moment production testing for the main reason that they don't have to pay tax on what they produce. Hence the November investor update that states again
Production test started October 2008.
