Just another poorly educated simpleton bereft of critical thinking skills of whom has little understanding or empathy for the dynamics of poverty, first Australians, environmental sustainability or the infrastructure required. Build and design and then they can come, but letting them come and then build and design would be a catastrophe. And even then the natural environment and living standards would be lost. There are always limits to how many cattle you can place in a paddock.
