    I open this new thread for any reflection of shopping experience with AB and also discussion about its business model.

    i reckon any e-commerce business' success originates from these fundamentals, not just numbers in financial term.

    I personally found AB operates smartly, not just by its discount and freebies, but also the way it approaches customers/ viewers on social media such as YouTube.

    many customers are impressed by its super fast delivery, not sure how AB manages to achieve this.

    I also suspect AB intentionally leaves some "bug" which allow shoppers to apply promote codes upon promote codes alike, (making shopper think they are taking advantage from AB). guess what, ppl become addictive when they are taking advantage from others, it's human nature.
