Personally a lot of the beauty brands I like and use aren't stocked on ABY, however I've recently swapped over and become quite the loyalist choosing to try other brands which they do have on offer. The delivery is unmatched; I recently ordered something on a Friday afternoon and it was on my doorstep by Saturday morning. I believe they may use couriers as I saw an unbranded car driving away (not a postal van or postie). They also offer freebies during checkout and yes, the Tim Tam may seem insignificant, but it's just another one of the ways they surprise and delight their customers.

I've not yet looked at the fundamentals of this stock, however am of the thought one should buy what they use and like. So I'll be keeping a close eye on this over the coming weeks.
