When I first heard they were listing I was very tempted to jump on it. People are starting to see Mecca's shortfalls in customer service, lack of sales and stingy behaviour. However, the one thing that Mecca holds over Adore is their exclusivity agreements. I'd 100% move my business to adore but they are unable to stock the brands I want due to Mecca holding the exclusivity contracts. That is my only concern. However, I will continue to watch as I do believe they have huge potential in Australian skincare and cosmetics.
