they are surprised how I get to know AB (more surprised than I feel about their knowledge about AB...)
they have been used AB for over a year and recently switched most their skincare purchases from elsewhere to AB.
(except one friend who also bought from DJ purely because she has some points using her parents card).
positive word of mouth spreads quite fast among Asian communities here.
AB is also launching its loyalty program, looking forward.
