While the latest Notice from CA Solicitors marks it Confidential and Privileged, it also gives the date of 22 February as a deadline for providing disagreements from Members to the Terms set out in the Notice.
This Forum and backroom email network seem to be the only channels left open to interchange views on this issue.

So, without breaching "conf & priv" caveats served on the Notice, could we collectively arrive at an acceptable public interchange on this issue prior to the date of 22 February.

It may ultimately remain a unitary choice by each member,
but public exchange would be so much more positive.

Any suggestions?
