Generally happy with the offer.
But you have to wonder whether EQN should have gone for Lundin in the first place. Its interesting to speculate if that was a trigger for the takeover action and at what price shareholders may have been offered. We at least get an offer of 30% premium on our price (pre-Lundin bid), which was also prior the the Japanese disaster..
