Geez Mike, u sound like a mining engineer. Doubt they are at the pit design level yet. U could ask the company direct (?) EIS is the major test case next I would think cos then that puts our Feds on a put up or shut up state....... at a time when uncle sam will be aiming his phasors at their heads offering a deal they cant refuse. Reckon it will happen as quickly as it can.
