I am fed up with this nonsense.

Imagine how this works in reality.
You live in a rural area. You want to erect a new shed on your 1 acre (4,000m2) block.
Do the council permits.
Send an application to the local aboriginal tribe. They send "someone" out at $160/hour, that's going to cost $640 at a minimum.
This aboriginal doesn't like you so declares your land "spiritual".
On what basis, what's his qualification?
How does one appeal?
How are these "Spiritual inspectors" regulated?

Its a farce.
