Not surprisingly, Trump took this one to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals- where he was smacked down once again. Those returns must be handed over.
Donald Trump's "lawyer" Jay Sekulow states that they'll take it to the Supreme Court- although I doubt they'd even bother to take it up seeing as Trump has had his ass comprehensively whipped every time this has gone before the judiciary.
