They are the questions i would have asked and have been pushing to be asked.
CHM wont answer the questionregarding the debt facility and only refers to an earlier announcement last year which says nothing.
CHM still wont disclose the funding arrangements with the Singapore listed company..Gardie you lied when said it was an aussie listed litigation funder.
I say give them an ultimatum to give specific answers or delist the sods.
CHM makes a mockery of the ASX,have no respect for its shareholders or the public.
