Hello frankhalo i am very impressed with the information you have posted and would like to know the following :-
1) is it not illegal to buy and sell something that you do not own and by doing so the value of the shares
owned by the real shareholder is devalued.
2) is this not colusion between 2 parties to profit from some bodies else's property without their permission
3) surely this is a criminal act, the ASIC
must have been well aware of this activity being rife
well before the current financial turmoil
4) should the broker be accountable for this corruption !
