    Conventional wisdom says that if it's too good to be true ...


    IMO, One thing good about EDM that it is practically pure asset play with no need for day to day staff. No full time salary to pay like TDX. The Gold exploration lease is operated by PDI. Just have to make more deals and raise more money.
