I agree. Good buy now IMO.
Hope this doesn't sound like a stupid question - but what are the consequneces/effects for ACS if the options are not in the money by September? The company already raised the capital needed from the options, haven't they? So, is it just a matter of investors that took up the options will be quite frustrated with ACS if the options are not in the money, or am I missing something? Why would ACS be so desperate to get them to their strike rate? Thanks.
