As reported in the September 2016 quarter report, all legal actions brought against MECL by the Plaintiff, 3105682 Nova Scotia ULC, were consolidated into one action by agreement between all parties, however it will be August 2017 at the earliest before a trial date can be requested and a further year before a trial date is set for the matter to be resolved in Court. Attempts to agree an alternate resolution to this matter with the Plaintiff have not been successful.
