As usual, the announcment has been largely overlooked by the market.
This company has spent a lot of time building up infrastructure in VoIP telephony (retail and wholesale) in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and now Vietnam. Today's announcement indicates that agreements are about to be signed for their call termination services at a wholesale level, and so it won't be long before the company is earning significant dollars.
The share price has been trawling along the bottom for the last few years, but with all the upcoming events, I suspect that is about to change.
The company is valued at just under $10M at the moment. I seems pretty cheap to me at that price. Once the client base builds up, this would look to be a takeover target for one of the big telcos. Keep your eye on it.
