With 333 in charge of this ship, I expect that Marion is about to be delisted. Marion has a huge amount of outstanding debt, and if invoices are paid out of order the directors become personally liable for the debt.
333 will try and protect the directors the bank and the shareholders.. So delisting here we come!

So the JV/sale/cap raising needs to be completed by month end to stop this from being delisted
