    What are the fundamentals of VPG?

    52 cents of NTA per share has to present some sort of value even if assets were fire sold in this buyer's market.

    Is DXS poised to put some of its $650 million of recently raised cash into a corporate play as opposed to a play at the asset level? There are surely talks of a merger between the two.

    I think there is significant upside for this stock and it is definitely one you want to have when we see things improve across LPTs.
