    Lucky Orbis are buying up big. Otherwise HDF would still be languishing in the 80's. Hopefully they can sort out stage 3 financing soon as that will really get things moving, although I suspect it may result in reduced divs.

    I think they should institute a drp to build a bigger equity pot for the expansion.
