The infastrusture is indespensible so something's gotta give.The UK water may/may not be used as a funding measure.

As usual is all about the money.
Orbis accumulating is a good sign.


Chart looks ok still but IMO will move on fundamentals.

If they already had the funding sp would be a lot higher so an opportunity for present investors exists.
I'm not letting this opportunity slip.
Only new to HDF so you will have a clearer view.
